- Regarding the warranty of the charging station, Thomas from Unplugged will give you a clear answer; Regarding the warranty
of the sharing scooters, if there are obvious quality problems with our scooters, we will take responsibility for that, otherwise,
there is no warranty for sharing scooter, sharing scooters are not like personal use scooters, the using environment of sharing
scooter is complicated, we will provide spare parts to our customers.
4. How old is the goods and how long does it usually last?
- More than 2 years under normal maintenance.
5. What are the safety standards for the equipment?
